At Simply Out Of School we know that all children are different, so we have developed systems which allow our trained staff to meet the needs of all the children who come to us. Our support services extend from Breakfast Clubs to After School and Holiday Clubs, all designed for children over 3 years of age.

BREAKFAST, AFTER SCHOOL AND HOLIDAY CLUB

 

Our After School Club at Pendoylan was established and officially opened in November 2004 by John Smith MP, providing long awaited after school childcare for Pendoylan Church in Wales Primary School. Simply Out of School - Pendoylan is an owner-operated franchise. The club operates in the nearby War Memorial Hall, offering both indoor and outdoor play opportunities and is open from Monday to Friday in term time, until 6pm.

 

Children are met in the school yard and transported either by school bus or by car (depending on their home address) ¼ mile to the venue. Pendoylan Out of School Club is registered with Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales (C.S.S.I.W) for up to 40 children and parents can claim child tax credits for childcare here. We also accept most company voucher payment schemes.

 

The club operates an equal opportunities policy, along with all other policies and procedures that are required to comply with the Care & Social Services Inspectorate Wales guidelines. We are also members of Clybiau Plant Cymru Kids' Clubs, who offer ongoing training for all staff members, advice and support in all aspects of the club and contacts with all relevant associated organisations. We have full Public Liability and Employers Liability Insurance and all our staff are professionals, qualified with CACHE Diplomas in Playwork, First Aid and Food Hygiene Certificates.

The Breakfast Club operates in the school from 7.30am.
