We care for primary school-aged children, typically from Reception through to Year 6. However, at some schools we accept nursery children. Age ranges may vary slightly depending on the school.

Our clubs primarily run on school premises, using designated classrooms or hall spaces agreed with the school. Children remain in a familiar and safe environment.

Times are individual to each club so please see their individual club pages.

We offer a variety of activities including:

• Arts and crafts
• Games and puzzles
• Outdoor play
• Construction and role play
• Quiet areas for reading or homework

Children are encouraged to choose activities they enjoy in a relaxed, supportive setting.

Yes, a light snack is provided during after school sessions. In settings where we operate full wrap around care then lunch will also be provided. We cater for dietary requirements and allergies where possible.

Our staff are experienced childcare professionals who are:

• Enhanced DBS checked
• Trained in safeguarding and first aid
• Supported by our management team

Our staff collect children directly from their classrooms or agreed pick-up points and safely sign them into the club.

Bookings are made through our online system Kids Club HQ. Once registered, you can book sessions, make payments and manage your child’s details easily.  Please email admin@simplyoutofschool.co.uk for the booking link.

Yes, we accept Tax-Free Childcare and approved childcare voucher schemes where applicable.

We treat all children as unique individuals and support their care needs accordingly, if your child has any dietary, toileting, medical needs please ensure that you speak to the club manager before booking so that we can discuss this further.

We understand delays happen. Late collection procedures are clearly outlined in our parent brochure and childcare contract. There is a late collection fee for collections after the pickup time to cover additional staffing costs. If you are going to be late, please do let the club manager know ASAP so that we can arrange for a staff member to stay later and inform your child to avoid them becoming upset.

Please let us know when dropping your child off and make sure the person collecting your child has the security word from the booking system. If this is something that has been arranged during the day, then please give us a call.

If your child becomes unwell during a session, we will contact you immediately. Children who are unwell should not attend the club.
