Funding & Payment Options

We aim to make our wraparound care affordable, flexible and easy to manage. Below are the payment options available to families.

Online Payments

All bookings and payments can be made securely by credit or debit card through our online system. Parents can:

Book regular or ad hoc sessions
View invoices
Make payments securely
Manage their child’s details

Tax-Free Childcare

We accept Tax-Free Childcare payments.

Eligible working families can receive up to £2 for every £8 paid into their childcare account (up to £2,000 per year per child, or £4,000 for children with disabilities).

You can find out more or apply via the government website. Once registered, simply make payments to us from your Tax-Free Childcare account.

Childcare Vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers from approved schemes (if you are already enrolled).

Please check with your employer to see if you are eligible. When making voucher payments, please reference your child’s name to ensure correct allocation.

Payment Terms

Fees are payable in advance of sessions.
Regular bookings are invoiced monthly
